What can I do when I receive a damaged order?
If it is clear that the packaging has been damaged we’d like to ask you not to accept the order and inform the delivery service. Once that has been done, contact us at info@clicktight.nl.
What payment methods can I use?
All common payment methods are accepted in our webshop. You can pay using iDeal, PayPal, Mister Cash and creditcard.
Do you ship orders internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
We charge €2,- for shipping within the Netherlands. The international shipping costs depends on the delivery adress.
